Production and Shipping
PRODUCTION TIME & AVAILABILITY
As all Pamela Card Jewelry pieces are made-to-order by our team in Vancouver, BC our designs may have different production and shipping windows. We indicate the production timeline on each product page. After your piece has been produced, we will ship it out and inform you by email with a tracking number attached. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish for expedited shipping or rush production.
All designs are produced in Vancouver, B.C.
SHIPPING & DUTIES
We insure all packages at their full value to protect your merchandise in case of loss. We are responsible for the shipment and tracking of the goods until they are successfully shown as delivered by the postal service at the given shipping address. Once a package has been successfully delivered to the location given, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery information is correct and you have someone at the address to accept the package as unfortunately we cannot refund lost packages based on incorrect addresses.
All of our orders are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. As duties vary from country to country, we do not have control over customs fees and therefore cannot calculate what the exact costs will be for your country. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
