Shipping policy
PRODUCTION TIME & AVAILABILITY
As all Pamela Card Jewelry pieces are made-to-order by our team in Vancouver, BC our designs may have different production and shipping windows. We indicate the production timeline on each product page. After your piece has been produced, we will ship it out and inform you by email with a tracking number attached. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish for expedited shipping or rush production.
All designs are produced in Vancouver, B.C.
SHIPPING & DUTIES
We insure all packages at their full value to protect your merchandise in case of loss. We are responsible for the shipment and tracking of the goods until they are successfully shown as delivered by the postal service at the given shipping address. Once a package has been successfully delivered to the location given, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery information is correct and you have someone at the address to accept the package, as unfortunately we cannot refund lost packages based on incorrect addresses.
U.S. Orders:
For U.S. orders under $700, we are pleased to cover all applicable duties and tariffs, ensuring the price shown at checkout is the final amount, with no additional fees upon delivery. For U.S. orders over $700, shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and any applicable import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.):
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. As duties vary from country to country, we do not have control over customs fees and therefore cannot calculate the exact costs for your destination.
Please note that in the event of a return or exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

CANADA:
- We ship with UPS or Purolator (1-5 business day): $10
- We ship with FedEx (1-2 business days): $45
USA:
- We ship with USPS (4-6 business days): $10
- We ship with FedEx (1-2 business days): $45
INTERNATIONAL:
- Estimated delivery in 6-10 business days: $40
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Pamela Card Jewelry purchases are final and while we do not accept returns, we will be pleased to exchange your gold plated/silver pieces or offer you store credit within 14 days of delivery.
All solid 14K gold pieces are final and not exchangeable.
