All Pamela Card Jewelry purchases are final and while we do not accept returns, we will be pleased to exchange your piece or offer you credit within 14 days of delivery. Please feel comfortable to contact email@example.com to discuss your specific situation. Any personalized or custom made pieces will not be eligible for exchange or return for credit.
If an exchange or credit is requested, the customer is in charge of the shipping costs required to return the item and original sipping costs will not be refunded.
