Returns and Exchanges

All Pamela Card Jewelry purchases are final and while we do not accept returns, we will be pleased to exchange your gold plated/silver pieces or offer you credit within 14 days of delivery. *Anything purchased from Nov 20 - Dec 21 2023 will have an extended exchange date of Jan 14 2022 due to early holiday shopping. Please contact us if you have any questions.

All solid 14K gold pieces are final and not exchangeable. All rings are made-to-order and are final and not exchangeable. Please feel comfortable to contact contact@pamelacardjewelry.com to discuss your specific situation. Any personalized or custom made pieces will not be eligible for exchange or return for credit.

If an exchange or credit is requested, the customer is in charge of the shipping costs required to return the item and original shipping costs will not be refunded. All exchanged items must be sent back in original, unused condition and with all original boxes/pouches and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept exchanges that do not meet our policy standards and the product(s) will be returned back to you. Jewelry that is returned with signs of being worn or damaged delivered to Pamela Card Jewelry will be sent back to the original address and an exchange or store credit will not be applicable.

For international returns, please use the following description on your package "Canadian Returned goods - not for sale/no commercial value". If this information is not stated, custom duties may be applied once the package enters Canada and the duty charge will be deducted from your exchange/store credit.
